"Do my workers need to download anything?"
No app, no installation. Workers open the URL on any phone or tablet browser, log in with their name and password, and they're in. Works on iPhone, Android, any browser.
"What if the internet goes down?"
Production doesn't stop — workers continue their work. When connection returns, everything syncs. For critical environments, a local network setup is available on the Enterprise plan.
"Can I add my own types of projects?"
Yes — from the admin panel you can create any new project type, define each step of the workflow, and it appears instantly in the system. Tanks, tables, seachests, umbrellas, fish cleaning stations — any workflow.
"How long does setup take?"
A standard setup takes 2–4 hours: installing on your server, configuring your specific workflows, setting up user accounts, and a short training session with your team. You're operational the same day.
